Q: Will this fit in my 1998 Dodge Ram single cab

I have mine in a 1987 power ram, but I have separate passenger and driver seats with center console. It fits behind the passenger seat but it has to be adjusted forward quite a bit. If you have corner speakers the width will extend past the seat back and center console may need to be moved forward.

Q: Does this speaker come with a grill?

No it doesn't. They are around 30 dollars. Highly recommend buying one.
