This company are super good to deal with. I had to order two because the USPS lost the first one. I ordered another one and got it. A few weeks later, the first one showed up. I had no use for it and notified the seller. They were just good and understanding people. couldn't ask for better seller and the rod worked great for the lamp I built for my son...Cypress knee lamp.

As advertised, and thank you. I had a lamp that had to be hung about 18" from the wall, and came with a hollow brass rod with no internal support (lamp was from abroad). This rod fit neatly inside the decorative hollow tube and because it's solid, it's strong enough to hold the lamp and correctly screw into a hidden support bracket. Good service, arrived quickly.

The rod was fine before it shipped but was bent on arrival due to flimsy packaging.

3 ft rod arrived bent - suggest tube packaging instead of flat cardboard. Was able to copper vise straighten for my work (rod is mild steel)

No dislikes used for lamps

Order was shipped quick and as described, however I only give it 3 stars because it says several times minimum order 3, so I thought I was getting 3 lamp rods and only got one which makes the shipping very expensive. I thought they would be a 3 pack and you order 1 to get a minimum order which is 3. Just think that should be clearer.
