If you make things that need a wire hanger, these are the ticket. Super easy to use and they’ve cut my time drastically when adding wire hangers to my flags. Clean crimps, solid hold, and way faster than what I was using before. Highly recommend for any maker or DIYer!

These crimp very well. I used them to safety wire my race bike with quick-release spring clips and wire rope. I crimped probably 20-30 crimps and every one turned out well. The issue I have with them is that the pivot nut loosens as you use them so the cutting jaws can spread apart and you don't get a clean cut on the wire. I ended up having to tighten the nut every time I needed to cut the wire. A fix is find a slightly longer bolt and install some washers with a high pressure grease (moly grease or spline lube), and then apply permanent thread locker to the nut and tighten until it just perfectly cuts the wire but doesn't bind. Then let them sit so the thread locker can cure.
