Gloves that are worth it
These are fantastic gloves considering I am very picky. Grippy leather on the palms, hidden hard knuckle, they stretch well to make a fist and thin for the summer. Definitely worth $50

Great gloves
I’ve used these (only a few times) at the range. My good friends while out shooting have said (my hands getting messed up from x and I said here’s my glove) they put it in and loved it just as much as I do. It is a bit pricey and idk if it’s 100% worth $50 but I will say this: I love them and use them every single time I want shooting or tactical gloves! The knuckles feel great and the “leather” palms feel good enough for everything I want gloves for. As with any glove, reloading my mag is occasionally more annoying than with no gloves, but then I just take one off, reload, and then put it back on for excellent performance shooting. Overall a huge LOVE for these gloves 10/10 would recommend.

One Step Up from Light Patrol Gloves
First off, I normally use gloves on patrol and am used to wearing them, having tried many different brands. This purchase was my first with First Tactical.I purchased these First Tactical gloves, hoping to find a "middle spot" between light duty patrol gloves and heavy duty knuckle guard gloves. The ideal selling point on these would be the light duty type, touch sensitive material on the palm/finger tips and the hidden knuckle guards. Palm is 100% washable genuine leather. Back is 49% nylon, 10% Spandex, 41% Polyester.PROS: I was impressed with the overall thin leather on the palm and fingers. It offers a very tactile feel and was somewhat easy to pick up a coin off a flat surface. The overall fit of the gloves is decent, as they are fitted, but not tight. Material of the tips of the finger also does not feel as it would bunch up.The knuckle guards are somewhat impressive as well, having them hidden under a nylon type material. Each knuckle guard is singular...meaning there are four separate round knuckle guards that your knuckles fit into inside the glove. Think of the guards as placing a small dome around each of your knuckles...the knuckles are protected, but in between each knuckle there is just nylon material. All in all, they provide sufficient light and comfortable protection. It should be noted that just in front of the each knuckle, there is light foam material which protects the front area of the finger. The glove offers protection, as well as tactile feel, enough for ease of weapon/equipment handling.CONS: I was taken back as I expected these gloves to offer touch screen friendly finger tips as with their other gloves, however, no such thing.Another con for me was the heavy rubber/plastic wrist strap area. This appears much thicker than it needs to be and offers only a small amount of thin velcro for closure. The velcro closed well and snug upon first trying them on, I'm just not sure how long they will last with heavy use and taking them on and off all night. These gloves are made in Indonesia, not the USA as I like all my equipment to be...However this is more opinion then an actual con.OVERALL: These gloves appear to be well made and should be able to stand up to general law enforcement use as an everyday patrol glove. With the hidden knuckle guards, they don't appear as "aggressive" looking to the general public, but still afford you protection. These First Tactical gloves are on par with most quality gloves, such as 5.11 etc.. Purchase if your looking for a step up in protection from regular, thin patrol gloves, but still want that thin tactile feel.

Form fitting gloves
I work in Private Security and find these are awesome "Duty gloves" they fit my hands nicely unlike other gloves I have warn, and I have purchased these a few times. They keep my hands mostly warm in the colder climate I live in, they are not thick and give me excellent dexterity. The touch screen ability is a huge plus. Try these out and I'm sure you will love them.

Tight but right. Thin but tough. Don't abuse.
Like others, I thought these were too tight but I took a chance and wore these anyway; based upon immediate need and reviews. After a few days of wearing these, the leather conformed to my hand shape. (Most people today don't understand that quality leather products have a break-in period.) Because these are snug (but tough) I can use a smartphone and do other relatively delicate tasks without issue while wearing these.I think people need to exercise just a little care when removing these. You are abusive with thin leather gloves and then complain when the seams bust because clods have access to things beyond their ability to appreciate or care for.Knuckles: The pads are not misaligned. With a little effort you can move the knuckle pads. This allows a custom fit. It's untenable that people with low IQs wield the power to affect others, such as with the ability to leave reviews (or vote).

Worth the money
Genuine leather. Good fit. Not to thick not to thin.
