Oh my gosh,these pots and pans are WONDERFUL!!!!! I have never burned anything in the pans. They cook evenly so you don't have issues with the center food getting done before outter foods . The are hand wash but I don't mind that. They are beautiful. And a great assortment,I love that they have glass lids. My only negative is I really do not like the handles. They are uncomfortable to hold with my arthic hands. So we will order pot handle covers for them. Easy fix. You will be very happy with this purchase!!! I realized I forgot to submit these. I have had these severe months now.. And I have one more negative . My favo6pan is the square one,I use it most it is terribly discolored . I scrub the bottoms with each use. I have tried everything to bring the pretty color back but nothing has worked. I still love them . If I were to purchase them again, I would certainly buy a dark color .

I like the pots a lot. Very easy to clean. My one complaint is, the handles on the lids get really hot when using the lids.

Seen something similar on TV and wanted to try them. Great cook Wear. Non stick, easy to clean and cooks well. It's worth looking in to

I love this set of pots. Everything cooks well and doesn’t stick at all. They are a nice white and looks great in kitchen. I would buy again. Good price too.

Pros: Cheap (but still too much money for the “quality”) Gets food hot No Teflon or other currently known industrial toxin/ They won’t poison you. (I don’t know what your cooking is like, of course.) The bakeware might not be terrible They look nice if you never use them Cons: The dirt won’t come off You will burn your hands Specifically, you will burn your hands then spend too much time trying with your 1st degree burns to get build-up off of these that only builds up more. It would be nice to have something larger than a 5 qt stock pot. The baking sheets are also on the smaller side You have to promise not to sue Gotham Steel I used to see these advertised on TV as "a $500 value", so was pleased to find the 20 piece set here for only $146. I haven't done any baking with these yet, so can't comment on the muffin tray or loaf pan but this is definitely NOT quality cookware. These 20 pieces are NOT worth $500. They aren't even worth the $146 that I paid. Gotham Steel has 3 “rules” for keeping their cookware in the best condition: "Only cook on medium or low heat" [stovetop usage] "No non-stick sprays" "Wash by hand" - to preserve their appearance There’s also a note in the box that says by keeping the cookware for more than 30 days, you agree to never sue them (individually or as part of a class-action suit). “If you keep these, you can’t ever sue us.” It’s paraphrased, on a smallish note, in smallish print, at the bottom of the box near the steamer tray, the 2nd paragraph. Real shifty! I’ve had the 20 piece set for less than 2 weeks & have meticulously observed rules 1-3 After 10-12 uses, -Food DOES stick. It doesn’t stick as much as an uncoated pan, but with each use they degrade & stick more. -Wherever something sticks in your pot or your pan, it gets stained. No matter what soap you use or how hard your gym-trained muscles strain to scrub ("Always wash by hand"), the markings in the pans/ pots build and build. - I should have put this further up in the review but, You WILL BURN your hands if you touch anything but the furthest 2 inches of the handles (despite: "Only using low to medium heat") - The pretty red finish on the exterior of my set is also already fading from exposure to heat. (Again: "Exclusively medium to low heat".) I suspect this set is good IF: -You’re staging a home to sell and you want a lot of nice looking cookware to put in the cabinets unused -You only order take-out and want your kitchen to LOOK like a competent adult lives there - You’re okay playing the game of trying to keep these inferior things in good condition for a few weeks/ months before resigning yourself to needing to use oil & non-stick spray to be able to heat food.
