Bicycle Hydraulic Hose Fitting Insert Tool,Upgraded Needle Driver Insertion Tool,with Hydraulic brake Hose Cutter

The product comes neatly packaged and upon opening is obviously well made. After 30 seconds of familiarising myself with the features I used the included hose cutter to cleanly cut a piece of hydraulic brake hose which was very quick and easy. Then I used the barb insert tool and this was so quick and easy compared to other methods I have seen used. Made a perfect connection for my brake hose and I installed in my brake caliper and no leaks. Would highly recommend for those DIY enthusiast looking to adjust existing brake lines whether it be to shorten the hose or fix leaks etc. Great tool.

The hydraulic hose fitting insertion tool is very well made and looks like it will last a long time. However, the hose cutter is basically a clothes peg with a blade. I used it about five times and the blade is now too blunt to risk using again. I'm very happy with my purchase though having used it to replace the brakes on my road bike successfully.

The Hydraulic insert tool is really made well and does the job perfectly, not sure how you would insert the fitting without the tool. The pipe cutter is not the same quality as the insert tool but it does the job.Highly recommend the tool if you are going to shorten hydraulic hoses.

I have seen these sort of things used and they always look OK. This one though.... Brilliant. Simple to use, the cable is really well held while the insert is driven into the hose.The cutter that comes with it is also amazing. It slices through the hose like a knife through butter.Well happy!
