These taste good. My son has been using these for a few years now. Biotin is proper use for hair support. They smell yummy and taste good too. They are like a small daily treat. They also have vitamin C and E. There are 60 inside. We love them.

This actually works! My hairstylist has asked me many times what have I been doing to my hair because it gets thicker and thicker each time she silk presses my hair. This supplement actually works! I've tried the blue gummy bears and I never noticed a difference but these are doing something. My hair grew faster than it ever has. I highly recommend.

I've been a client for a 9-10 months now, ordered 4 or 5 times now and the results I've seen in my hair are amazing!!! My hair looks healthy and it's growing very fast considering it's taken years for me to even get a couple inches of growth in the past. I’ve only been taking these for a short while so I can’t comment on how well they work. They do taste ok and don’t have any kind of weird smell or anything but they are definitely a strange color. The picture in the Amazon listing shows a bright pink gummy vitamin but what I got are these peachy brown flesh colored things. I really hope that’s not an indication that they are spoiled or knockoffs or something. Like I said they taste and smell fine but I am concerned about their efficacy bc of their color compared to what the listing shows.

Honestly my nails have never been more healthy. I always think of my hands as ugly and boyish, never liked my nails or hands at all. I got these for my hair but my nails have dramatically changed for the better and I’m losing that insecurity! They used to be paper thin and I could rip them off . Super tasty vitiamins haven't seen hair growth quite yet but hair loss seems improved and hair is very soft. Nice to have multiple vitsmins in one easy supplement. Do feel more energetic. The color of the vitamins are tasty. My nails seem thicker and seem to be for being faster. Working on the biting during stressful times. Will keep tjsing to determine effectiveness for hair growth. Skin is very soft especially for this time of year. Skin health and and effectiveness of hair loss products CNA be challenging after 40 years but I am hopeful.

i've tried many hair vitamins and this has been my favorite so far. I've done 6 months and I just bought more for the next 6 months. My hair is barely falling now (as how it should be normal), looks thicker and the gummies taste great. Very worth it to try!
