You get what you pay for
These brushes are super cheap and the care taken to package them and the quality of the brushes show.I decided to pick these up for my daughter as a travel set. They were cheap so it didn't matter if they were damaged or lost. I just received them and only got 4 out of the 8 brushes. They are very pretty brushes however they are also scratchy and where the bristles are packed into the ferrule is not at all sealed well at all. I can actually see down into the ferrule just by pushing the bristles to the side slightly. If you want these for a weekend getaway where you plan on using them and then tossing them then I'm sure they would be fine. However, if you are going to want these for your everyday set just don't. You can get a much better set for just a few more dollars. and they will actually last. Plus you don't even know if you are going to get all the brushes you are supposed to get.
