I was a little taken back by the price; the Sony batteries cost a bundle without a charger! I decided the price vs. risk was very low and I can say that this is a TRIPLE payback on the investment! The Sony batteries give you about 20% more life but two of these batteries outlast just one battery! The charge works great - good quality and very convenient having the car adapter. I got it right before vacation, shot over 40 GB of photos and might have recharged these batteries and the Sonys (a total of four) maybe twice over the course of 2 weeks. If you have the single Sony battery with your DSLR, buy TWO of these! You won't be disappointed.

Big Mike's batteries charge in the Sony charger and Sony batteries charge in Big Mike's charger. The BM batteries work in the camera. These batteries' lifespan is comparable to Sony battery. The car charger is slow, but it works too. I've used the batteries and charger several times now, and am fully satisfied with their performance. The microfiber cloth has a large silk-screened portion on it, which is completely stupid (and worth losing a star).

I wanted to add a second battery because of a photo session for my church...just wanted to be sure I had enough to get the job finished. Local camera shop was out of the OEM - $70! So, I thought I'd try these...seem to do the job well.

Still testing this product. Si far it is working without any problems. Batteries are holding charge fo reasonable time. It is to early to write anything else. So far, so good.

Just received this product. The charging base is two-part and they do not seat firmly together. As a result, with the new battery installed in the charging base, the LED showed green (fully charged) right out of the box. By pressing hard on the battery to seat in the base, the red LED (charging) shows up. In order to maintain the red so that I know the battery is charging, I had to rig up rubber bands to keep the battery fully engaged with the base. Maybe mine was some kind of factory defect - don't know. I will be returning this product

It works, delivers the charge when needed

I needed this to use as I am a Professional Photographer on the go alot and this I so need to have in my car to charge batteries when on locations. Awesome buy for $29.00 I would have spent that in the past just on one battery. Great buy and isn't cheap.

I purchased these for my Sony A77 to have spare batteries while traveling. They are OK, obviously not as good as the original. Need to be used within a week of charging or they won't last long, and often the charge level will go from 2/3 to dead within minutes, so not an indicator you can count on. Still, 2 batteries for significantly less than one original, not a total loss.

Great deal. Haven't fully used as yet so not able to comment on Battery Life. Can say that it is a great value for money paid.
