I fix foods with sugar almost never, maybe cinnamon toast twice a year. But I make a lot of kombucha at home, for which I need a cup and a half of sugar for every 7-10 bottle recipe. I usually use honey, or some combination of sugar and honey, for any other type of homemade cure. I don't eat the typical cereals, nor do I bake cakes and cookies, so this is a good deal for me. A very good weight to keep in the cupboard for my particular homeopathic purposes. It's a very clean looking and smelling product. It appears to be of better quality, particularly in terms of packaging for shipping and freshness.

Its sugar....I do like the zip lock closure on the bag. Never saw it packed this way before, I like it. Very useful if you don't need the whole 4lbs right away and don't have a fancy container.

Anmbsolutely love this sugar. The bag isnt too heavy so its easy to move around. Great seal , although you need to be mindful while seal so it is completely closed If you do it incorrectly the bag will fully reopen on its own. The taste is very clean and perfect with tea
