Solidly made. Feels high quality. We put this in our bathroom we renovated ourselves and we are extremely pleased. The knobs feel solid and strong and with 80 lbs water pressure this shower head delivers. We’ve been using it for 6 months now and we are extremely satisfied with this shower. The wand is fantastic too.

We love this shower system! We also love the excellent customer service we got when we had an issue. Installation was a little tricky. Shortly after installation it started leaking when turned off. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded and sent two new parts to be replaced. We replace them yesterday and the leak has stopped. We love the water distribution during showers from overhead and also the option of using the handheld feature. The overhead shower feels soothing with just the right pressure of water. We haven't gotten a water bill yet after putting this in so I'll be interested to see how that changes. The product arrived packaged with the individual parts in white linen bags in the box! I've never seen such beautiful packaging to be honest. We spent a little more on this system then we had intended... and even having had an issue with it we are very happy with the product (and definitely with their customer service for making everything right for us.)

This is a AWESOME Body Shower!!! I recommend this product 100%. From the so well made packaging, the quality of each piece, my contractor told me that was easy to install, the sleek look and the way it's work!!! Double AWESOME!! The feature that I like the most is that you can use the rain shower & the handhandle shower at the same time! If you're looking for this combination of shower faucet, don't look any more, you can't find a better body shower for this price!

Everything was great, only missing the gasket that goes in this piece, if I could possibly get it, would be awesome cause my renovation is almost done and my shower is getting installed soon

I've bought this now for 3 shower remodels. Looks and works great, but H and C markings are reversed a la China. Its a little confusing, but it looks beautiful. I hope it lasts.

easy to install and very elegant. great water pressure.

Poor quality, the showerhead literally "exploded" and started sending water out of the side joints of the showerhead, very odd. Am concerned about the rest of the assembly which is behind the wall now, it seems okay so far, but have no confidence based on the showerhead.
