I absolutely love this Triple Mint tea from Traditional Medicinals. The blend of peppermint, spearmint, and a hint of field mint makes it incredibly refreshing without being overpowering. It has a smooth, cooling taste that's perfect after meals or when you want something soothing.

Traditional Medicinals Organic Triple Mint tea is very pleasant tasting, not at all like toothpaste, as the words "triple mint" might suggest. It takes 10 minutes covered, to steep and drinking it is a delightful break in the day. I add raw honey to mine. Being a medicinal, there are cautions written on the back of each tea packet. This one mentions consulting with a health care practitioner prior to use for pregnancy, immune compromise, etc. It also mentions drowsiness as a possible side effect. It is calming. I like it very much.

My favorite tea! This is the perfect nightly tea. It’s so smooth and minty. I like that it helps soothe my stomach too. Definitely something I will repurchase.

Anyone who loves mint teas, peppermint, spearmint, etc. will love this. They smell amazing. They taste amazing and it’s great to have a tea company, that not only makes great tasting teas, but with added health benefits. Traditional medicinal teas have been a family favorite for decades. I love all the new additions of the detox teas for every day use rather than drinking sugar filled soda or coffee all day.

This is very good tea. I don't like pills or laxatives and this tea works well to help me in balance and again, I like the taste/

I got this for my recent PCOS diagnosis. I was told that this is something that really helps. I’m not sure if it’s necessarily had any change on my hormones, but I do really like that. It has three different types of mint and it really taste good with honey, which I really recommend adding otherwise I think there’s a pretty good amount for what you get. It doesn’t feel too caffeinated.

Delicious and potent. Helps fight skin inflammation, acne, and gut health. One bag makes me so many cups of tea. I have face flare ups due to psoriasis, and drinking this tea in the morning on an empty stomach, no sweetener added and this has given me great skin results with clearing up the flare ups in my face within 24-48 hrs.
