This product is a joke.1. The book is way overpriced2. The quality of the hardcover binding is miserable3. It doesn't even come with an access code to the online MyLab featuresVery ironic that the content of this book talks about creating value for customers.

The book was required reading material for a course. The Pearson My Lab key was the best though. It gives you access to a digital copy of the book (for a certain period of time, a year maybe) and you can search for concepts within the digital book. The My OM Lab also offers supplemental study plans and help. I have never been a fan of the loose-leaf books but I suppose they're cheaper. Make sure to get a binder to put it in.

Sooo much fun reading! Not really. But this book is required for my MBA operations managment course. The online Myomlab is set up really good. They go through the math problems step by step. They book itself is straight forward and an easy read. It gives really good understanding of the material through true company examples.

I was required to use an online access code to access homework assignments. If I bought using the school bookstore, this access code would have been included. Instead I now have to pay an additional fee for the code.

Teaches you more than you expect. Great to refer back too after class is over.
