Small and easy to swallow.
I like MaryRuth products so I added this to my daily regimen. It is tasteless, it’s in a veggy capsule so the texture is smooth, small and easy to swallow. I can’t tell yet how much it’s helped but I’m only half way through the bottle.

Hair growth!
I’ve been dealing with alopecia areata for a little over a year now and have tried so many remedies and diet changes to help grow hair my hair back and stop the shedding… not much has worked and I was losing hope.
