how do you get this into the ear as it seems to leak out once sprayed, especially if sprayed more than once?

I spray 2 or 3 times into the ear then lay down with the sprayed ear uppermost while it soaks into the ear. After 2-3 mins, I get up & then I insert a small cotton wall ball in the ear for approx 5 mins then remove it. No more leaks.

Is it effective against ear infections

No it will help clean ears and does keep clear. I am prone to ear infections have not suffered since started using Otosan
