Simple!
This is my first time attempting home made sausage. This machine couldn’t be simpler to use, just make sure it’s securely clamped on a kitchen work top!

Need more practice i think
Very easy to assemble and clean, i probably just need more practice but it wasn’t that easy to fill the casings and wind the handle down. Plus theres a lot of wasted meat when your finished.

Why do i need a socket set to clean it?
Work surface fastener locked so difficult to attach to counter top no swival; either pointing to the wall or handle not accessable.Works well!Cleaning!!! ...what a nightmare! Needed a socket set to dismantke to remove the cylinder to get access to the remaing meat left (a good 1/4 pounder)Needs a redesign! ...give it a miss

Best for making SA Boerewors
Amazing product the huge capacity allows us to make our favourite sausage “boerewors” in one long continuous string which is the correct SA way. Would definitely recommend this .

Wish there was a bigger one.
The machine clean easily, but you struggle to attach it to a workplace.

Works but could be better
Works pretty good, but a bit leaky with liquid coming out of the bottom seals. Also a bit of elbow grease required to crank it, would be nice to have had a reduction gear or something. Also leaves quite a lot of unused stuffing once you crank it all the way down, so plan for that.
