RCP421588BLA - Brushless Sweeper

There were many options for this kind of sweeper. I searched for the model whose description looked to be the closest to our application (90% wood floors, 10% short carpet). Unfortunately this sweeper will not pick up some things from a wood floor. We have a shiny finish, so it may be too slippery. But a certain size and category of crumbs, and clumps of dirt from people's shoes, just get pushed around. We try running over it head on, it gets pushed forward. We try lifting it over and pulling it backward, it pulls the debris back. You try lifting the sweeper on top of the dirt, and going back and forth. After about 20 seconds, of sweeping, you'll see it pop out again.We can definitely see that it's picking stuff up, because we find dirt and fibers in the trays, but it's so frustrating to go over dirt piles 7 or 8 times, and then give up and have to get the broom and dustpan.We've only used the sweeper on our short carpeting a couple of times, but it seems to work much better there.We will not use it anymore, so it was wasted money. I don't know if we should attempt to return it, or donate it to GoodWill.

I chose this product because it had very good reviews and the price was reasonable. However, I have to do the floors over and over to pick up everything. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought to do quick clean up in between vacumning. It goes on carpet, tile, and vinyl floors all well. So glad I bought it. I knew I wanted this make as I have used one at our church and it worked well. And, amazon had the best price.

I just bought my daughter one of these. I already have one and I really like it. It works great. If your thinking about getting this take the chance ,it really works
