The chair is very well made and works awesome. One of the pads was damaged the shipper immediately sent out a replacement no questions. Very happy.

I am 6ft. I wish the chair was taller. No complaints otherwise.

I bought this chair and paid a pretty penny for it thinking that it would be a quality piece of gaming equipment, but after 10 months the seat split on it (split in middle-front where you don't ever sit...). I contacted the reseller KEI PROJECT and they at first told me that the seat would be replaced under warranty and then after long stretches of non-communication eventually told me that DXRacer will not warranty their product. If I were you I would NOT BUY from KEI PROJECT since they will not stand up for or fight for their customers warranty rights. I am highly suspect of the customer service of the DXRacer corporation as well. They will not stand behind their products. I am very disappointed in both the KEI PROJECT and DXRacer corporation. Chances of purchasing anything further from either seller are slim to none. I would avoid KEI PROJECT at all costs and maybe buy direct if you have to have one of these. At least you can deal directly with DXR and their *might* honor their commitments to their customer.EDIT: November 2016 - DON'T bother trying to work directly with DXRacer, they are worthless. They will not stand behind their product in any way, shape or form. They decided it was better to take a BBB black mark than warrant their product. I would look elsewhere for a gaming chair and avoid DXRacer at ALL COSTS. They may look cool but they are JUNK from a JUNK COMPANY who won't stand behind their products if they break - and they will.

Great design and feel. Fit my needs perfectly. No cons so far.
