As described, nice quality but a little fiddly to assemble, needs patience and a gentle hand but once assembled they look fab. Some reviews said there was not enough ribbon so I used the minimum I could get away with by just doing knots rather than bows and found I had loads left over so there would have been plenty. The ribbon is like curling ribbon. The hats and jokes are of similar quality to crackers you would buy which is fine for their purpose. Haven’t pulled the snaps yet but they look like normal cracker snaps so I’m sure they’ll work well. They are normal full sized crackers so perfect for a small gift and a couple of chocolates inside.

Terrible. Out of 10 we assembled (very difficult to assemble, but very easy to tear) not one “cracked” when pulled which was disappointing. One was torn getting it out of the packet and one I ripped beyond repair when trying to assemble. Hats were equally terrible, all but 2 fell apart before being put on! Don’t waste your money. I was hoping for plastic free alternative to ready assembled but these arrive wrapped in plastic and include plastic gift ribbon (too short to tie) anyway, so that was a waste of time. Might as well have bought decent pre made crackers.

As a teacher these are a great idea for students last week before Christmas holidays. I used this product in my classroom as we fill the end of the week up with Christmas activities. I bought little toys and puzzles online to fill the crackers. The children enjoyed filling them, it is a fun and interactive way of involving children in the festivities. Parents can do this with their children or for Xmas party activities!!Delivery was on time and crackers are good quality. Must have item this Xmas.

Very good quality, nice thick card and snaps that snap nice and loud. I filled these with alcohol miniatures and scratch cards for Christmas with family and they were the perfect size. Great that they include the usual paper hats and jokes too.

I would not recommend. It’s worth paying an extra £3 for a more professional looking kit. The tubes are too short so you are restricted in the gifts you put in, the cracker jokes are rubbish as are the hats, and there are no labels which you would expect if you were making personalised crackers. The only positive thing I can say about them is that they were delivered on time.

never seen make your own crackers before thought we would give it a go , and they are brilliant no more shop brought crackers for us anymore , we have add a relevant gift in each one, that we know the family will like , the set came with everything even the terrible jokes LOL . going to order some more new for our new year party .thanks :)

I was worried about buying DIY crackers as i have never attempted this before, needn't of worried as these crackers were great fun to make and so amazingly easy that i will continue this year after year
