Good marrofat peas
Very good marrofat peas I used them to make pea and ham soup. I've still got some left so will try them as mushy peas. Good quality as well and good value. I soaked mine overnight and they didn't take that long to cook

Pea green?
The peas were not a good green colour when cooked.

Good dried peas.
Not quite sure what you can say about dried peas. This is my second purchase, soak overnight with a teaspoon of bicarb and cook for 20-30 minutes then season to taste, simples. Am endeavouring to eat less artificial additives and was shocked to see colouring put into tinned mushy peas so changed to these. You have to be organised enough to plan for the next day's meal but we usually have a plan for the week so not an issue. In short, good product and well priced.

make marvellous mushy peas
I just soak them in boiling water and bicarbonate of soda the night before I need them then cook them in boiling slightly salted water the following day and there has good as any chippy peas and a fraction of the cost and they cook quickly

Expensive and not that special
Used for stew and the first time they were as hard as bullets, I bought Bicarb for the second batch and they were much better. Many of the peas were broken, some were discoloured and certainly nowhere near the quality I expected for the price. I will not buy again

Je les ai trempé, fait bouillir, mijoté, passé au micro-onde - - - les pauvres, ils sont toujours dur comme cailloux - comment faire???
