Loved it!
This trilogy was so much fun to read. It was a lot like reading classic Amazing Spider-Man stories but I loved experiencing them in novel form. The story was engaging and played out kinda like a mystery novel.I think the only thing that kinda threw me off was that I kinda expected Spider-Man to be a little funnier and more charismatic. I felt like his dialog was kinda bland. But that was just a minor distraction.

Super Spidey Stories
I’m so glad to see these back in print. The Venom Factor kicked off a whole line of Marvel novels in the mid-90s. This trilogy took Spidey and Venom through a series of adventures where they encounter Hobgoblin, the Lizard, and Doctor Octopus. It is good to see Peter and MJ as a married couple again, working together as a team against the world.

Just as much a Time Capsule as it is a Trilogy of Novels
During the 90’s Marvel began to publish stories of their most popular franchises in novel form. Since the two most popular series of the era were Spider-Man and X-Men, it’s no surprise Spidey was the first to get the novel treatment. The author, Diane Duane, did a splendid job blending modern day advancing tech with comic book lore and crafting a trilogy of well told Science Fiction tales that do a commendable job of staying true to the characters from the comics.Modern readers should be aware these books hail from a different generation so those who are unfamiliar with the lore from this era may feel a bit lost. The writer does her best to include as much exposition as possible while at the same time not overloading the book with it. The books are well written and may well serve as a gateway for some into a lore and time when Web-Head was Marvels flagship character. For others a trilogy of well written sci-if tales to pass some time away and marvel at how much the world around us has changed since the 90’s when these books were written.

Paperback with fine print
I bought this without realizing it was text only, that was my mistake. Ultimately the product is as described on Amazon, but one thing to note is the book/page dimensions are small and the font is very small so you need good vision to read this. It was intended for my 2 year old who loves to bring this book and show me and say "but no pictures" lol, he was as shocked as I was lol.
