It's good
I needed a larger tallis bag and this one looks nice and is of a good size. I don't know for sure if it's real velvet, it doesn't feel as nice as other bags I have. But for the money it's great, plus it came with a nice plastic bag to keep it dry if needed. I'm glad I bought it.
