You have to find the right fit.
I am excanging this set for the second time love the sound of this for songs with deep sub bass this hits, if not that much bass is in a mix, it does not exagerate the lack of it,natural sounding. The mids are great, the treble is not harsh,or overly detailed but good enough, these will not kill you with dibilance. My problems, one the supplied eartips do not stay sealed in my ears. The you have to play with this set by pushing the earphones up,and in deep to seal them. You may have to readjust them will listening. Luckily I had a set lof shallow large bore tips. When I put those in it was fantastic. The wire is mildy annoying and may be my issue,or driver failure. This is the second set I have revieved after returning the first, the right driver started playing at a very low volume after 4 days of use. The second set lasted a week before the right driver did the same thing. Be wary of any sets dated 2014,both of mine are. My plans to keep exchanging sets till I get a solid one, and getting eartips, and a better cable. Thats how much I love the sound of this set. I would not use these for ,walking, running or lifting, those wires make the you lose your seal.I bought the KZ ZS 10 pro its a great beater set,its subbase is not as boosted as the Blon 03 but its there you will here everything ascross the audio spectrum. Its treble is hotter than the Blon but good, its wire looks like its from the Blon factory, same annoying time to untangle and make fit. However once set it tends to stay put, and the supplied ear tips are good. I love them both. KZ obviously has a QC department. I have to go tomorrow to the UPS drop off and send my second Blon 03 set back. Damn I must love its sound! I burned in both sets for two hours on 20 percent volume on my phone for an hour, then 50 percent for another hour then 15 min at 75 percent, then at 100 percent at 30 min. The device used was a Galaxy 8+ phone. These do need burn in,they sounded meh, right out the box, they radicially improved after burn in. I prefered these over all my IEM's and most of my headphones. The KZ only need 20 min of burn in but I notice no differeces,I put it at 50 percent after burnin I pushed it a 100 then at my normal volume. I will up date you on set three. I should have more tips to play with and wires on the way.

Make sure that you connect the IEMs to the cable properly or the sound quality will be horrible.
NOTE: When plugging in the IEMs to the cable, pay close attention to the tiny L for left and R for right. On the cable, they're pretty noticable, but on the BL03 itself, they blend into the matieral and are hard to see. (At least on the silver version) Plugging them into the wrong side makes them end up sounding horrible, so if you notice they sound bad, double check the markings and make sure to follow the manual. Best IEMs I've owned, hands down. For the value and sound quality, these are amazing. Although the eartips and cable aren't the best and could use replacing, overall the sound quality for the price is excellent. I would definitely recommend changing eartips since the ones that come with the BL03s are a bit bad. The cable is a bit flimsy, not too bad, but I would definitely recommend changing eartips if anything. They have excellent, warm bass, vocals are clear and easy to hear, and provide an overall enjoyable experience. I would recommend these IEMs hands down.

Sounds Great, Looks Great, Meh Comfort
The BLON BL-03 came out of nowhere, and it's been at the top of *budget* recommendations lists. Is it worth its price? Is it a "Giant Slayer"? Lets find out. TL;DR - A "Harman-esque" Frequency Response, similar to the Tin T4, but with more bass. More soundstage than Tin T2. Average imaging. Solid build, but meh stock cable and fit is less than perfect. Definitely worth its price. If the T4 is too safe a tuning for you, this brings the low end without sounding off. Packaging, Accessories & Build - A rectangular box, with a clear window to see the headphones on the top half. Comes with the same broken english as in video reviews (Music & Driams). Comes with some silicone tips, and cable. Also, a small velour-style drawstring bag. It's a metal build. It's mirror polished and seems durable. No micro-scratches or anything as of yet. (A month of so of usage). The stock ear-tips were meh, and didn't offer a good fit. If treble is shrill and bass is lacking, it's most likely an issue of seal. Switch your eartips with some known-good tips, whatever your favorites are, and that should solve some problems. Personally, I hate the stock BLON-branded cable and absolutely recommend the replacement from HiFiHear, as it seems to be less prone to untwisting, has less wire memory, and doesn't feature a full nautalis on its earhooks. Sound - You're looking at a "Chop-Top Harman" response, as BGGAR put it. There's a lot of bass impact, but it's not overwhelming. Midrange sounds normal, slight pinna gain, as per usual, but it doesn't have as much of a boost as a pure-Harman FR. Treble is not as energetic as a pure-Harman either. But you still get decent detail retrieval. The Carbon Nanotube Dynamic Driver has a similar issue to the DD in the MH755, in that it doesn't sound completely natural with things like cymbals, but it still sounds quite good to my ears. It's not a technical definition of flat, but it's a bit more of a fun signature than the Tin T4. Conclusions - Ever since using the DSP-corrected iSine LX, I've found that the Harman curve works well for me. The DF-target used by Etymotic and the Massdrop Plus also work well for me. Both give me a hint of soundstage, and decent imaging. Though, the closest my ears has ever come to the "Room with Speakers" ideal, was the iSine LX, the BLON BL-03 is still a darn good IEM. It offers actual outside-your-head soundstage, decent detail retrieval, and a very pleasant sound. While the BL-03 isn't going to replace my MD+, let alone my Andromeda, I do appreciate the added bass over the Tin T4, and I have alternated between the T4, and Sony MH755 as my "beater" IEMs. Honestly, I'll probably keep all three of them since none of them absolutely breaks the bank. While the BL-03 isn't a giant-killer, it's still an entirely competent and fun sounding IEM. If it wasn't for the lackluster cable, somewhat-strange fit, and crap eartips, it would be a definite recommendation over things like the Tin T2, and Moondrop offerings around the same price. In fact, the fit and cable are the only reasons these don't get 5 full stars. Don't get me wrong though, you could spend a lot more for much worse earphones. NOTE: I use the HiFiHear cable, and some Dekoni Bulletz tips on mine. I tried them with Spiral Dot tips, Final Type-E tips, and Mee Audio single flange tips. Out of all of them, the Bulletz are my preferred tips, especially since Dekoni appears to be using a new formula and/or mold as of December 2019. **Disclaimer - Perception of sound and comfort is subjective and my statements above regarding them should be taken as opinion and NOT objective fact. My review shouldn't be a substitute for ears-on time with a product. My ears are not a universal measurement rig, I am human, and I make mistakes. The BLON 03 has been my daily driver IEM for may years. I've owned two sets since it's inception. The 03 is known for it's warm signature and well implemented bass. The cable and eartips it comes with are rubbish. Many recommend using foam eartips with the BLON as that is the safest bet for a good seal. I have big ear holes, the Spin-fit CP100 XL work better than foam for me. The shorter nozzle does make the fit and seal difficult for many and foam tips seems to be the problem solver. The sound signature is warm and relaxed and in my opinion works well for most music genres. The highs never scream and the mids never shout. The 03 is a legend amongst audio enthusiasts for a good reason, once you get them fitting right they sing and make you feel things.

Erstaunlich in 2019/2020.

Great iem's. Very well made, however cord is a little flimsy. Very nice midrange, lower notes are there but a little recessed. Upper range clean and not too bright, no sibilance. Match up these with proper fitting tips and a better quality cord and you're on a winner for the price!
