Omron Healthcare Small Adult Cuff for Auto B.p. Units, Gray

This works great for my tiny little momma’s arms. I had to remove the adapter to put the hose straight onto the blue “plug” that attaches to the machine, and it’s fairly easy to take back off. I was afraid it wouldn’t take accurate readings, but it’s been working great for about a month now. Much better than using the large, partially stiff cuff on a 75 lb lady!

Product advertisement is not clear and does not indicate that you must have a separate Omron monitor for this cuff to work. It is not for all IntelliSense Monitors as one may be led to believe by advertisement. There is a need for an adaptor for the plug in to fit in current monitors. When checking for return, there is NO RETURN of the item and it appears that one is stuck with it after ordering and receiving. Advised not to return. Cuff is needed for elderly adult with very small arms. So...my rating as far as my situation is concerned is 1. There should be an adaptor for the plugs to fit into any IntelliSense Monitor especially the adult model. WA, Renton, WA

No one wants to have to buy these things, but when we do , we want a quality product. This small cuff is ideal for both children and in our case, a petite adult. Our cardiologist asked where we purchased the small cuff and complimented us on the purchase of a quality machine as well. He said with THIS machine and THIS cuff we are taking very accurate, trustworthy readings.

For those having difficulty pairing this cuff to the correct monitor, I think the key is that the unit has a standard cuff and not a "ComFit Cuff". According to the comparison grids on some of the monitor pages. It looks like that would include both the 3 series and the 5 series (BP710 and BP742?) but not anything higher. That's a guess as I can only confirm the BP710 but maybe it will point people in the right direction.

My wife consistently got readings much higher than the doctor measured using the standard ComFit Cuff that came with our Omron HEM-780. We ordered the H-003DS hoping that it would be a better fit to her small arm. It was described as a Small Adult Blood Pressure Cuff for IntelliSense Monitors, but did not fit our IntelliSense device. The straight gray plastic connector is too small for the hole where the blue right angle connector plugs into our machine. I read the reviews and several people had the same problem and ended up returning it. We really needed the smaller cuff, so I found that if you pull the tubing loose from the plastic fitting on the old ComFit cuff (the cuff end of the tubing) the straight gray connector of the new smaller cuff will plug into the end of that tubing. It took a little lubrication, but it works great and as a benefit the tubing length is doubled. I was initially concerned with the longer tubing, but found that Omron sells extension tubing so it is probably OK. It works great, is more comfortable for my wife and gives what appear to be more accurate readings.

The small cuff was actually too small for my arm however I ordered the unit and the cuff that came with the unit works great. I'm keeping the small cuff as it may come in handy later

Bought this for my mom who has a small arm. It can be a little snug, but she loves it compared to the regular size cuff you usually get with the machine. It's the only one she will use.

The cuff was perfect for my wife, however, the pressure hose did not fit the IntelliSense models that my wife and I have. I have already returned it because it's not usable. Our Omron IntelliSense models are:HEM-790 & HEM-7220. There is a bunch of other numbers, but the HEM numbers is all the identification you need. Be sure that cuff you buy is compatible with your the HEM number of your Omron BP device. I did not HATE IT. The cuff was very well made and it fit much better on my wife's skinny arm than the big cuff that come with the device. Returning the cuff was easy and the refund appeared on my credit card invoice on our next invoice. Amazon's service, including the vendors that they use, is excellent and reliable..I'm still looking for a Small Adult Size Cuff. Hope this helps. Fred

This item did not work for me because it didn’t fit my appliance. There was no warning that it couldn’t be returned when I placed the order, didn’t find that out until I started the return process. You should tell customers in advance that it’s not returnable. I’ll have to be pretty desperate before I place another order with Amazon.
