I have tried to get this put on my tap even tried my local plumber to install it and it just keeps coming off the tap it doesn't work at all I've tried to get contact information for customer support but no contact information

The media could not be loaded.  So haven't tested the taste of the water yet, but after install it works great after a little extra gasket help, the flow is great with no leaking. After removing my pur filter I had no aerator and no gaskets on the sink. I installed it with the the inside aerator adaptor that came with a white gasket from the Ispring box. Then I put the whole unit on with just that one gasket, It leaked in four different areas. I had two gaskets sitting around after I removed my PUR unit. I don't know if they were part of the faucet or the old filter but I took one and after removing the Ispring I placed the second gasket in the connector on the unit, there was enough room for it. Hooked it all up and the result is what you see in the video. I like the increased flow from both aerators. The pur filter dribbled out so little it was nice to see a full flow coming from the Ispring. I imagine any future leakiness would be easily solved with gasket replacement. It really seems that's what keeps the whole thing together. If I'm blown away by the taste I'll update this, but mainly just wanted to show how leakiness can be solved easily.
