Be CAREFUL
Not such a hot product. I really needed these to work and they didn't. They kept getting caught in my printer and made a huge mess. I shut the printer off, cleaned it, and tried two more times and they still didn't work like I thought they were. Not a great purchase.

Two kinds of Printwrorks transfer paper, two kinds of experiences
Some of the reviews that I've read here sound like they are for the "other" type of Printworks transfer sheets. This product is for use on white or light colored shirts. The other product is for use on dark colored shirts. This stuff is great! It is the best of the "reverse print" transfer sheets for home use. We've tried several different products over the last 10 years, and this is what we now use exclusively, and have for many years. Now, for the other stuff (the dark fabric product), there are certainly problems with it cracking, looking like having a plastic bag ironed on your shirt, etc. The Printworks product for dark colored shirts is best for very small images, and it works quite well if you keep that in mind. However, this product works fine with full sized (8.5" x 11") images if you follow the directions provided (it always helps!). Five stars for sure, just remember that no transfer paper is ever as good as silkscreened shirts. This is great for home use.

Be Aware
I gave this good ratings but it's important to Be Aware that this isn't the same as PrintWorks Vanishing Embroidery Transfer. I bought it thinking it was the same and didn't discover the difference until my embroidery project was finished. My fault for moving too fast (again). Fortunately, it's not that big a deal on this particular project but I can see that it might be on others.

Vintage feel
Color:I wanted to make "jerseys" for my 3 year old twin nephews. I practiced on this ribbed undershirt. A ribbed shirt is probably not the best shirt to use since the ribbing spreads apart. The print is large (8 inches wide, 3 inches tall). The print itself is dull, but still not terribly bad. The pictures look pretty vibrant in my pictures but they aren't. I added a picture of siser red vinyl to show how faded is the print, refer to the dull side of the picture. I think using the ribbed shirt coupled with the faded looking print gives it that faded vintage feel.I actually plan to use a non-ribbed shirt and I believe the transfer would look fine. But since I want more of a vibrant color I won't be using this vinyl.I also added a close up of what it looks like in between the letters. I looks like it if you were to put the white transfer on a dark colored shirt you would have like a white frosted backing.Tools Used:I have a cricut maker. I used the cardstock setting and not the iron-on or vinyl setting. I followed the directions I found on YouTube. I think next time I'll try the vinyl settings and weed the negative space so I don't have the white frosted space in between.Rating Explained:I'm giving this a 4 because I do like it even though it's not going to work for how I intended to use it but I can see how it would work better in a different project. Although I have not washed the shirt I looks like it will stick.

Not the easiest
This transfer paper is hard to get to stay on the fabric. Specially around the edged. Even after going over them 4 times I was still having edges come Us. I've been working with transfer paper for about 5 years now and I have to say this has been one of the more difficult ones to work with.

I love this because I was using it incorrectly
I use this as a pattern transfer because I wasn’t paying attention when I got it. It’s perfect for this application. I can apply it to whatever cloth i’m embroidering and when I’m done it washes off pretty easy.Tbh I’m shocked it’s meant to be for permanent transfers. It’s amazing for embroidery
