Meister Heavy Bag Hardware Saver Kit w/Spring, Swivel & Carabiners

Purchased a fairtex hybrid bag and needed some chains to hang it up. I’ve used some Meister products in the past w/ positive experiences so why not.These chains are substantial and I feel confident that they will not fail. Perhaps overkill for an 80lb bag but it works.This hardware set is quality and really instills confidence in my purchase decision and when in use.

Got this for my new heavy bag (attached to an I-beam). It works great; exactly as pictured. The total length is listed as 19” - which seems right, just bringing to ppl’s attention b/c it did make my bag a bit lower than I had planned - BUT still works great!

I was hesitant getting this bag given it costs a good amount more than most bags. I'm glad I went for it. First thing you'll notice is it's well made. Its cover is some type of vinyl that just feels right when you're hitting it. I got the 100lb bag and at first I thought I'd gotten too heavy of a bag. Once I started hitting it though I knew it was the right one. It has just the right amount of movement and takes a solid shot before it starts to swing back and forth. For reference I'm 40 years old, 215 lbs, and I'd say of average strength. Somehow the bag fields solid and yet you can wail away mostly without hurting your hands. I'm using Title Soft Strike Gel gloves. One negative though is the bag arrives in a canvas casing and my had a small slit in it. I was about to be super bummed there was also going to be slit in the actual bag but fortunately there was just a minor scuff mark. So yeah no doubt it's a bit pricey but I recommend it if you'll be boxing for a few years and your hands will thank you when you get older.

Solid materials used. Very strong, spring is good. There is a decent amount of spring with a 100lbs bag. It does the job and was easy to work with. Much higher quality and thickness in the carabiners than what comes with a normal 100lbs bag.

Love the bag! Paid a littler more than I wanted but the quality of bag is well worth the investment. Color was not a factor but it was certainly fun to customize. Bag arrived earlier than estimated.

Exactly what I needed to hang my heavy bag. Already had the S hook installed from an old swing. Just needed this and the spring for easy hanging and it is quite when working on the bag.

Quality part but was too long I wasn't able to use it

It simply adds too much length and if you're hanging from a regular home ceiling the top of the bag is at nipple height.Would hope Meister makes/designs a much shorter version of this at some point in time.
