Taste is good

I love this prouct as it mixes great with water or if you want to make a protien shake or something but its awesome and the creatine is a good bonus. the one thing i look for in pre workouts/gym shake powder is SALT!! people dont realize how much useful salt is to an athletes body, its great for electrolytes and such and ths is the first product i found with Himalayan pink salt. I would recommend taking this after a workout session, as its more for rehydration and stuff, it doesnt have caffeine so that why i would use this after as it hydrates well. it has 2 types of electrolytes, potassium and pink salt so thats great but its missing magnesium. magnesium is useful for hydration also as its lost in sweat with potassium and salt. i would recommend body armor as its cheap and has everything including magnesium. i would use this for in session hydration but this powder works great too. overall this product is great but is missing magnesium.

Taste is good at first but the more you drink the more it's just too artificial and sweet. Good if you aren't using it as your every day creatine.
