You get what you pay for
Bought this after trusting the reviews, the reviews must be fake because this item is beyond useless.The hoover lacks any sort of intelligent AI so just gets stuck on the first obstacle it comes into contact with. There is no charging base, nor English instructions.The suction is also terrible and the whole unit feels tacky. Currently attempting to arrange a refund but seller is only offering 50%, will update.

Excellent and works as it should.
Bought two of these on behalf of my mum and a neighbour. They are (so far) impressed. Neither have pets so can’t comment on use against pet hairs. After a good charge they both zoomed around doing the job it was bought for. The compartment for collecting dust/dirt is very small but holds a fair amount. Neither have rugs so can’t comment on those either but seems to work perfectly on wooden floors, re-routing when blocked and lasts for a good few hours. The white and gold makes it look good and both are very happy with this, given the price, they claim it’s excellent.
