Damp rid get rid of dampness
I use these in my garage storage closet which tends to get hot and humid and leaves a moldy smell behind These work very well in helping to reduce the smell of dampness. I recommend.

Works well and does exactly what I need
This stuff actually helps. I put one in a closet that always felt a little damp, and within a day or two the air felt much fresher. It is simple to use, no smell, and you can see it collecting moisture over time. Nothing fancy, it just does the job the way you hope it will. I am planning to grab a few more for other spots around the house.

These moisture absorbers work great. We put them in our boat during winter storage and in our camper in the summer.

Shipping and handling damaged the product
Don't get me wrong I love how DampRid works it is the best for moister control in my RV and home. DampRid is a 5 star product. I will acknowledge what concerns me is the damaged condition of the 3 pack I received was far from acceptable to a consumer that uses this product to prevent moister damage to thousands of dollars of property. The internal separator of the absorber canister was damaged not permitting the separation of the absorbent and moister storage. I suspect from my previous purchases and knowledge leads me to believe these items are damaged and will not work as designed. The package did not indicate external damage but the kinetics of rough handling like tossing or impacts to the box will damage the internal absorbent structure. One star for the handling of the product.
