I have bought 2 of these choppers. They are fantastic! I use it at least 3 times a week, they take a beating and get up and keep working! The quality is outstanding, the cut quality is very satisfactory! It's super easy to use. The variety of blades and blade sizes is great, but I generally just use the dicing one. Tricky to clean, but once you figure it out, it's easy. Chops fast, chops well, actually purposefully looked for this brand again when eventually my last one died. DEFINITELY worth the money!!!

I am way late to the easy way of chopping things. Here I am 57 years old, slicing potatoes by hand trying to get them even. Sure, it took about 20 minutes to slice them by hand but I didn't have one of these gadgets. Now, it takes me about 2 minutes. Blades are sharp and of good quality. Fast, easy, and I'm actually looking for other things to slice and chop up. Food, of course. :-)

Well… I read all the reviews - even those saying that people cut themselves on the sharp blades. I thought… “Note to self… I’ll be very careful. I won’t cut myself.” Well, I took it out of the packaging and upon my FIRST attempt to use it, I sliced 3 fingers in multiple places. They bled for hours… every time I took the towel that I used to put pressure on it, my fingers would bleed again. Not worthy of a hospital visit. It worked itself out with constant pressure - just took longer than anticipated. A few days of bandaids all over the tops of my fingers and I’m all good 😊 Is it just me… When you reach into a bowl of diced veggies mix it up… don’t you naturally reach into the bowl from the top (above)? That said, I automatically went to reach in (top was open) to see how the diced veggies came out. BIG MISTAKE. I essentially hit my finger tips into the blades on the small dicer and immediately cut myself. That’s all it took! So… when you want to check out the finely diced veggies… REMEMBER to slide the drawer open first, then reach in there - not over the blades 😊 Aside from that, as a lover of tabouleh salad and huge salads with a variety of diced veggies, this is a great purchase. Making my famous salsa and tabouleh salad was a pain because I hated the prep work it took to finely cut all the veggies. With minimal prep, this gadget is AMAZING m, makes dicing a breeze, and it’s easy to clean. I still have to try the other blades but so far so good. I’m curious how long the blades will stay as sharp as they are initially - warranty with normal use. With weekly use, 2-3 times a week, I hope they last at least a year. Great buy though! Almost $45 seemed pricey for a small kitchen gadget, but worth it.

I've always been a little skeptical of these chop boxes but was looking for something to help prep large amounts of vegetables into consistent size pieces for soup season. I have decent knife skills but in recent years my grip strength has become a problem when dicing large volumes of veggies. I looked specifically for a box that could be used for multiple purposes. I loved that this one also came with mandoline and grater attachments. The first time I used this it was put to the test. Veggie prep for Wild Rice soup. Onion, celery and carrots. I wasn't overly concerned about the onion, wondered how it would handle the celery and doubted it could chop the carrots. It handled each vegetable I threw at it. With one caveat. With thicker and or denser veggies, it was critical to not overload the top tray before attempting to chop. With the carrots in particular, it takes a lot of quick force to push through the grate (Hulk Smash) If you enjoy using cooking to take out your aggression this product is perfect for you. The mandoline works beautifully for slicing onions thinly. The grater attachment is fairly useless. The grater plate is just far too small to be efficient. A standard box grater or food processor with a grating plate do a much more efficient job of grating. All-in-all if you have good knife skills, I am not certain this is any quicker than dicing with a good chef's knife. It also creates an additional item to wash. However, it is fantastic for creating uniform pieces of whatever is being chopped or sliced. The force required for some of the more dense veggies like carrots and turnips can stress the forearm and/or wrist but if you suffer from grip problems with your hand after extended knife usage, this may be a good alternative. Pics show the small grid used for onions, celery and carrots, and the larger grid chopped an entire head of cauliflower and two broccoli crowns for vegetable chowder

this is an amazing product. many different uses and so very helpful in my kitchen. love it

this product is one of the best you can have in your kitchen it cuts very fast and very effective. it is very easy to clean overall you can't do better than this

Solid, chops well, very sharp, they aren't kidding, don't even touch sharp side. Has made a big difference in my salad making and veggie chopping, doesn't take any time.

Excellent product! A must have for all kitchen. The cleaning brush makes it so much easier to wash the blades. Put all other parts in dish washer and it’s done! So less hassle than other products!

Très bon ustensile de cuisine ! Les différentes lames permettent de couper, râper ou émincer facilement. Le gain de temps est énorme et le résultat est net. Le récipient intégré évite d’en mettre partout et se nettoie facilement. Solide, stable et pratique, je l’utilise presque tous les jours pour les légumes et les fruits. Surtout pur les oignons ! Je ne pleure enfin plus !
