And I'm even more pleased that my Vitamin D levels are within the normal range for the first time in years. This is a small white capsule that is very easy to swallow and has no taste or aftertaste.

Ive been taking this brand of 5k and 50k doses since 2008. My recent blood work revealed my D3 levels were 120 ng/l which is above excellent range.

I think this is a good quality product. Small capsules. I’ll re-review after I get my bloodwork done.
