Quality Faucet, Sleek Design, Single Flow Metal Aerator Head
I had originally bought the Hansgrohe Cento Model high arc kitchen faucet, similar to this model, but with a much larger handle and a chromed plastic spray head with two spray modes, non-aerated laminar flow, and needle spray. This model has the shorter, smaller handle I prefer, and a single metal aerator head. Since I rarely use the spray option, this version works better for me. I prefer the standard aerated flow to the laminar flow, and the hose still pulls out if needed. I also got it at a 55 percent discount through Amazon Warehouse, making it a fantastic deal. As usual the item was brand new and unused, even though the Amazon Warehouse description was very good - used. Setup was a breeze, just run the hoses down through the countertop hole, snug it up from underneath, and attach the hot and cold feed lines and the pullout hose. Took about fifteen minutes. Only time will tell how durable this faucet will be, but so far it looks great and works great.

Very nice, couple of minor complaints.
This is a very nice faucet as you would expect from Hansgrohe. The chrome is beautiful, the faucet cartridge operates very smoothly and the pull out works well. The faucet was easy to install though I have installed many so some parts of the install may be intuitive. This would get 5 stars but for two minor complaints - when you move it to one side or the other, it doesn't stay and swings back to the middle. Also, the pull out does not have a spray feature.

Streamlined and beautiful
Love the way it handles and the way it looks. Goes from side to side easily with the feel of superior craftsmanship as German designs are noted for. Sprayer snaps back into place nicely. There is not a spray just water flow from extension but pressure is sufficient to do the job. Pressure is good with minimum splashing but I have a deep sink. Love it. Plumber installed easily.

poor customer service
I purchased this particular Hansgrophe Talis specifically for the shorter spout reach as well as the brand name. The shorter spout reach was ideal for my smaller kitchen sink. It is a German brand however I discovered it was made in China, like most other faucets. It looks nice and installed easily however there is a strange gurgling sound from the aerator. (The system was properly flushed prior to installing the aerator.) I was considering returning the item to Amazon but decided it might be easier to contact the manufacturer since it was already installed. I was hoping to get a replacement for the aerator. However Hansgrophe customer service never responded. The faucet is expensive and I'm not certain if it is worth the cost.

Not worth the cost
This faucet looks nice but it won't stay put. You can't fill one side of a split sink with it because it drifts back to center unless you hold it. I've had two plumbers look at it to fix it and the flaw is in the design. I've been trying to contact the manufacturer because it has a warranty but can't get a response, regardless of a number of attempts to contact them.

Awesome modern faucet
I ordered two of these for a kitchen remodel. They are sleek and modern, and work flawlessly. I love that there is a magnetic catch for the spray nozzle. That means it always closes back up after using the spray. If I didn't know there was a spray nozzle to pull out, you might not know it was there. There is no spray adjustment, but I really didn't care about that feature, because those that do adjust tend to overspray and make a mess. The sprayer just makes it easy to clean up my sink or fill a pot.

gorgeous design and quality as is true with all hansgroghe but the spray is not remotely spray like. It is more like an extension of the faucet.

Excellent quality and easy to install. I searched far and wide to find a faucet that had a solid, metal pull out sprayer. Even the aerator is made of rubber, instead of hard plastic. The sprayer feels excellent in your hand and when retracted, makes a glorious clanking sound of metal on metal as the magnet seats the sprayer flawlessly.
