Q: How many bags are included in this purchase? The title says 120 count, but reviews say 30 count?

each box contains 30 bags, there are 4 boxes in case

Q: Are the bags straight bottom? I do not want the stand and fill bags.

These are straight across the bottom, but lightly reinforced so they can be made to stand by folding the corners. I am using them straight at present and have not tried making them stand.

Q: Are these quart bags sterile? are they suitable for collecting a pet's urine sample for uti testing?

They are food safe so you could use a fresh one. Just make sure to double it up & check the seals.
