Replacement for office printer - very smart
We bought two of these HP printers ti replace larger office models. It was very easy to set up and has a host of very smart features. It has various ways to connect devices for easy printing. The scanner is great and saves file names with accurate descriptions of the document, ie receipt, handwriting etc. It prints quick and produces nice quality colour images. The cartridges are expensive to replace but that is true of a lot of laser machines. Overall very happy!

Good product
Good product for such money. However the Application is not such intuitive as tem were before for HPs. That is why overall rating is one star less. Also the cardboard box it was damaged when arrived.

Bought a damaged and looks like. 2 nd hand printer
We just opened the printer today for the first time and it looks second hand and damaged Such a shame to out to africa at vast expense only to find it like this

This is not a printer for many double sided copies, very disappointed
My husband bought this to replace one that we had had for years, he thought this was automatic double sided printer like our old HP, but no it is a duplex you have to print one side, then take out and print the other side. This is ok if you only have a couple of pages, but I am printing out Panto scripts, 56pages, and 15 copies, and it really does not like this large amount. the most annoying thing is, if the paper runs out, during printing, it stops and deletes any existing copies in print queue. So a complete waste of paper. It does not have a huge paper well, so often does run out of paper, and because you have to take out and put in the paper is curled, hot and difficult to put in easily. I absolutely hate this printer and wish my hubby had not bought it. a complete waste of money and time.

Excelente producto como se esperaba de la marca. Diseño super elegante y pasa desapercibido en la oficina. Instalación sencilla y trabajo super veloz. La única pega son el precio de los cartuchos originales.

El envío fue muy rápido, antes de lo que pensaba. la impresora acabo de instalarla y por ahora va muy bién. Espero no tener problemas en un futuro como tuve con la anterior del mismo modelo
