Great multi
Best multivitamin I have ever seen, includes all the different essential vitamins and more. Worth the cost. Make sure you take a full stomach.

GREAT multivitamin
This is a perfect multivitamin for us! My husband and I each take one per day. It gives us the extra vitamins we need to have a good level of energy. The tablets aren't small, but they're easy enough to swallow.

These vitamins actually work!
I've been taking these vitamins for many years (over a decade and maybe approaching two decades). Before I was using common brands you find at the drug store. I was tired all the time and clearly not getting anything from those vitamins. My chiropractor suggested these vitamins. When I tried them I noticed an immediate difference. My energy improved. I don't get tired during the day. The difference is that these vitamins are in a form that can actually be absorbed into our bodies. You definitely need to take them with enough food. I found out a cup of yogurt is not enough ballast to go with these vitamins. If your stomach is empty you will get nauseous - another sign they actually dissolve. Obviously any comments in these reviews is hearsay, but my daughter is friends with a researcher that studies different supplements. When she mentioned I take the Metagenics PhytoMulti vitamin he said they tested as the best vitamin. Again, anybody can say anything on these reviews, but I know from personal experience that these vitamins actually are absorbed by the body. If I forget to take them for a couple days I notice the difference.

So far, so good!
It's probably too early to tell if there's any real benefit to this product but it does seem to be a legit product. The pills are large so that may pose a problem for people who have difficulty swallowing pills. They come in tablet form. It doesn't have any particularly odor or flavor so that's appreciated. It didn't cause any type of GI upset either. We will likely purchase again.

Best Multivitamin for Me
One of my docs recommended Metagenics PhytoMulti Multivitamins years ago. I have been taking one daily since then. Highly recommended.
