The 365-Day Running Journal: Log Workouts, Improve Your Runs, Stay Motivated

A Great way to track your Progress
I've ordered several of these books in the past. Whenever I finish completing my entries I've ordered another one. This notebook has great tips but whomever is the author should update the articles with new insights. Plenty of room to write your daily progress and because of its size you can take this with you on trips to maintain your daily regiments. It has date, time, location and other recommended questions you can add to your daily workout. The only suggestion I have with this log book is to think about using a durable cover on the front and back.

Gifted...
This was a Secret Santa gift I had gotten for a friend/old coworker. I recently saw her again (it's been about a month since the gift exchange) and she told me that she LOVES this thing. She went on to say that she has actually been logging her runs and meals, and that being able to look back on her daily workouts has helped her overall running speed. She wants to qualify for the Boston Marathon by next year & she is certainly on her way(:

Very detailed, small print
Very detailed and fillable pages for each run. The print is pretty small.

Accountability
This journal is unlike any other in its way to hold the athlete accountable to their journey. The colors are beautiful, quotes are motivation, and the tips are informational; leaving the consumer to only want more. I can't put my journal down. I also appreciate how flexible the dates are, allowing the athlete to start at any time.

Really Small!
This running diary looked promising online, but I didn’t read the dimensions. It is small. I kind of have sloppy handwriting, too, so to describe a run, a route, different data I want to write down, it probably wouldn’t work. Otherwise, if it were a larger diary, it might fit my needs.

Perfect!!
I love this little journal. I am very new to running, so every run is a major accomplishment. I keep an electronic record with "mapmyrun" but being able to write it down each day and add the weather and how I feel about each run really makes me pay attention to my performance.

Quality product
Saw this product at a running store and really wanted it. Amazon price was several dollars cheaper. Quality product with great motivational quotes each week.

Small run training journal.
I thought the journal would have larger area to write daily info. For me I prefer a larger area for adding info about my health and other activities.

Great little Running Log Book
Very Happy - is exactly what I wanted, a log where I can record all my workouts over the course of a year. I'm using it daily so will even record when I don't workout, but you can use it to record 365 days worth of workouts not necessarily on consecutive days. I have all the running apps but it's quite motivational to put pen to paper as well.

Ahead of time.
Very good to keep tabs on your progress or if you are procrastinating with helpful tips as well.

Great idea but the format doesn’t suit sporadic runners.
I bought this when I was really excited to get back into running as a way of tracking my progress. It’s a great little book as it forces you to think about how long and how far you’re running, a bit like a dive log for those who are familiar with them. The log isn’t dated so you can put your own dates in so your running journey can start whenever you like. The only problem I found is that it is structured in a week one: day 1,2,3 etc, week two: day 1,2,3 etc format. So if you’re only doing one or two runs a week (which I am as someone rehabilitating from a knee injury) it doesn’t really fit. Don’t get me wrong, you can make it work but it loses some neatness but doing it this way. Still, I would recommend it as it’s inexpensive and a nice way to keep track of runs in a hard copy format.
