So I had the Bariatric bypass and I’ve had multiple different vitamins and this one I always came back to.. I think with the vanilla taste and how smooth it is makes it super easy to swallow.. Also it’s never upset my stomach and my vitamin intake is perfect.. I’ve been taken this vitamin since a year and a half almost two years and I wouldn’t choose any other vitamin..
