I didn't think it would fit. Hips 43 waist 32. I got a medium. Took me a few minutes to get on by myself. Especially over my hips and butt but once on, it hooked up very tightly on the first notch but I know it will stretch with time or I'll get smaller.. very well made faja. I like the knew length cause the shirt fajas cut into my thighs and it's very uncomfortable and unsightly with my stretchy pants that I wear after surgery. Its winter time so it works perfect for me. I also got this one for the zipper in the crotch. The other ones with out a zipper moves to the side and gives me "chicken butt". I had that to begin with and definitely not tryna go back to that. Follow the size chart..

Nothing compares to this faja. It is the most comfortable one I have found so far. It is soft and comfortable. It has a zipper crotch that does not hurt. It is made well. It is easy to use the restroom and it does not ride up and cause pain. The material is thick and soft. Inside is sewn so your body doesn't get all marked up by creases. The shoulder straps are padded and very very comfortable. They don't dig into my arms. This is the best faja. The straps are adjustable and the buckles don't dig into my arm pits like most. The buttocks area is perfect. It's not constricting at all. The material in the buttocks area is thinner. This faja also gives you a bottom uplift. The bottom comes just above my knees. It is not tight or restricting. This is the only one I sleep in and feel comfortable. I bought 2 more. This ran color is the only color I have found so far. I can literally wear this faja for 23 hours and it won't bother me anyplace. This is definately the best. I would also like to note that it is warm. If you're a cold person this one is for you. This faja is tough to wear on hot days because of the confinement. But, it's still 100% with it. I highly recommend this as the best sleeping faja ever.

Sizing is way, way, way off. Based on their chart I'm a small, but after reading the reviews I decided to order up two more sizes for a large. When the item arrived I could tell it was not going to work. The instructional video said it would seem like it was too small, so I went ahead and tried anyway... This was a very painful experience as I had recently had a tummy tuck. Just for a reference, my hips are pretty narrow and I have a flat bum-bum. I weigh 135 lb, w/hips 37" and waist 33". As I was trying to move the garment over my hips, I injured my hands, & tender scars. I finally got the thing over my hips, but it was very painful & VERY tight in the crotch region, where the metal hooks dug in. I stretched the garment like it said to do in the video but I was only able to get it up half past my sternum before I gave up. Super frustrating. So after all this, I would probably need an XXL, 4X the recommended size, but I didn't chance it. I went with the Marena (Large) instead, and it is sooo much better. I am also not tall (5'1"), but the M&D garment was pretty short on my torso and legs. This product might be good for you if you are already skinny & short, and wanting to cinch your waist for a tight dress or whatever--which it certainly does. The material and hooks are good quality and the straps were really great-wide and comfy. Otherwise I am super disappointed, but the return process was easy, so I can't be too upset 😉

If you're hesitating to buy it... don't. This is the best faja I've come across and I have tried 4 others all from amazon. This gives the best shape to the butt and leaves no creases in your stomach. very very well made. and the STRAPS are super comfortable. they don't dig into my shoulders like other fajas. My measurements fit a medium, 30 inch waist, 40 inch hips. and that is what I bought. it is VERY tight, but it's supposed to be. I am also ordering a large for those bloated days or for when I want something just a tad more relaxed. BUY IT!

So I like the way it fits and enjoy the compression level but the straps are too bulky and wide and I hate them. I LOVE the way the legs fit and how they have a different finish at the bottom instead of banding. This allows it to be totally undetectable under pants, leggings, jean. This would be my fav except for the shoulders. I’m just saying what I’m saying and this is my opinion. Others may like the wide straps. Depending on what compression you have, a bra strap plus now a wide strap can be a bit much.

I really wanted to love this faja. The straps are comfortable (on most fajas they are uncomfortable), the compression is good and the legs go down to my knees. What really got me with this faja is the crotch hurt and I do not even have a long torso. I have to return as there is no way I can wear it.

5’0 156Lbs I originally got a size small because I’m delusional and I wish that was my size lol, I returned it because I couldn’t fit it pass my knee, I reordered a size large and it fits perfectly. I do plan on sleeping in this because it is in fact super comfortable I’m on the first hook I could do the second hooks but I won’t push it just yet as I’ll wait till I burn off more weight. Shipping came a day earlier than expected both times.

I’ve ordered probably a dozen different fajas. This material is by far the best, it’s breathe able and comfortable in every area. I’ve had some that are tight (as they’re supposed to be) but uncomfortable in the bar strap area pulling or around the legs. This one legit is the best. Open but and hip area that isn’t compressing especially after surgery in those areas. Others the butt area is too small and I feel like is cutting your butt off and not lifting it. The way the bra straps come down is brilliant. Seriously the 0879 is the best especially after a lipo 360 bbl procedure. I’ve legit ordered like 9 different fajas, different brands and this specific m&d 0879 has been the most beneficial.
