FeeneyCR-6315-PKG Cable Rail Assemblies for Wood, 1/8", 15'

I did a lot of research when building my new deck and decided that I wanted cable railing. I use nearly 1000 feet of cable for a second story deck that I built last summer and this turned out beautifully. The directions and install are the cleanest and simplest of any brand that I researched. I have received unbelievable compliments on the results and people could not believe I installed this myself. I highly recommend this brand for the DIY person and would use them again without hesitation. Being able to buy the cable lengths in 5ft increments is key to reducing waste and makes for a simple installation. Can't say enough good about it. I am attaching photos for you to see the results.

We expanded our deck from the original 10 X 20 size. We used wood balusters to create the railing on the original deck. We disliked how much the wood balusters impeded the view, however. While building the new deck we explored other deck railing options. We wanted something that would not disrupt our view. We looked into glass railing, but the cost and maintenance were negative factors.The cable system is a wonderful option. The system offers a clean, non-cluttered view.We liked the look so much after installing the rail on the new deck expansion we ordered a second set of kits to install on our original deck side. Highly recommend this product.

GOOD ITEM

I'm using Feeney Cable Rail for our new deck. I ordered most of what I need through Menards. Needed some additional length cables and Amazon was a bit cheaper and quicker shipping. This is a high quality product.

As advertised, easy for a novice like myself

It's as shown but would of like to have end caps included.

If anyone wants to add this to the deck I highly recommend it! Simple and looks great!
