Excellent product, especially if you add chocolate chips to the batter.

I hardly do reviews, but this stuff was awesome. Just like mom used to make. They need to ship it in a cardboard box, and not in an Amazin bag, so the box does not get damaged. Will definitely buy again. Their cornbread is also delicious.

The recipe was easy to follow although I never follow one too strictly. I always add something to make it my own but still keeping it simple. I added cranberries to the banana bread for a little extra flavor and tartness. It came out fluffy and moist and most of all tasted great. I have a dairy allergy and would try to make it vegan next time replacing the eggs with ground flax and water but will probably use the plain gluten free flour from the same brand. I would definitely recommend this product if you are gluten intolerant or have celiac's disease.

Good tasting gluten free muffin mix. Moist and enjoyable. Add milk chocolate chips . Everyone loves these even if you aren’t gluten free very easy to make

Flavor is good, but a little plain. Needs more spice added to the mix. I baked according to directions, and used a pampered chef stoneware bread pan, but edges cooked faster than middle, resulting in an inconsistent product in terms of moistness. A better product is Hillbilly Farms. They are not on Amazon, but have an online store. They are cheaper too!

This bread was amazing! Can't stop eating it! And the aroma is everything! Try it warm with butter.
