Purchased to help with esophageal spasms. In doing some research, it has been said that peppermint can help relax the esophagus and ease the pain and discomfort. I started using them and found that it did take time to work its magic, but it definitely helped ease the spams, and the taste is not too strong. I felt a cooling sensation in my chest after taking it and eventually I felt better and was able to go to sleep.,

Since I started taking this a few weeks ago, my nightly stomach aches are practically nonexistent! Tonight I got one, so I took my daily tab earlier than usual and it disappeared! I can’t believe I didn’t think of this sooner! It’s also dirt cheap, BUY IT!

I have been burping a lot lately and I hate it. It seems to be especially heavy in the evenings after dinner, no matter how much I eat or don't eat. Someone suggested peppermint. I sucked on a candy mint and it actually helped. I don't need or want to rely on candy every evening so I looked for an alternative. I have used these several times now and while they don't fully relieve the burping it does improve. They have no taste going down, but after a while you do get a faint taste of them if you burp. They have helped me enough that I am continuing to use them.

I've been suffering with IBS for a year or so now and the porcelain god and I had become not such good friends. Then I read about this Peppermint Oil stuff the other day so I decided to give it a try. Nothing ventured...nothing gained, right! Well, it arrived very early this morning and I took it right after breakfast (with a full glass of water). OMG, it's now lunch time and no cramping; no quick (many) flights to the bathroom; no side effects! That's a first in more months than I can tell you! I'll update if anything further to report...but, for TODAY, I'm a very happy camper! As promised, here's the UPDATE 06/05/23: Right after breakfast and with several glasses of water (because I was thirsty), I've now gone an entire week without cramping and running to the bathroom; however, usually about 2 hours after taking one of these miracle pills, I tend to experience a bit of nausea. It passes fairly quickly (maybe for 10 minutes). One other fairly major side effect: "Terminal Flatulence" aka as "TF"!!! Thankfully I have a loving, understanding husband but I certainly wouldn't be going out in public or to the local theater with this particular issue...that lasts all day and night! So, have I gotten rid of one problem only to have a different one? I sure hope not...because I'm definitely NOT missing those terrible cramps and waaaaay to many daily trips to the porcelain god!

Controla muy bien los síntomas del intestino irritable. Y lo mejor que es natural. Me ha ayudado bastante aunque igual trato de tomarlo solo cuando es estrictamente necesario.

Las capsulas son de un tamaño muy razonable, faciles de deglutir, y muy muy utiles para personas que padecemos IBS. lo que no me gusto es que el empaque llego roto, sin tapa y el resto de la tapa no venia en la bolsa de Amazon; como el sello venia intacto no dudo que el producto esta en buenas condiciones pero al no encontrar el resto de la tapa en el empaque solo puedo asumir q asi fue enpacado para envio.
