Works for what it is needed for
The ability to adjust is easy and gives pain relief fast. The support feels amazing and the ease of use is ok. It is a little tricky. It’s also a little annoying to try to sleep in at night it’s not bulky but just awkward and after I fall asleep I wake up in the night having to rip them off. I would suggest wearing whenever resting feet instead of at night unless you can get used to it.

Good budget brace, works well with a few tweaks.
This product worked for my plantar fasciitis. It was a little difficult to figure out how to use at first but once I figured it out it worked great and healed my persistent PF in about a week only wearing it a few hours a day. I have found the best way to put this thing on is opposite what the instructions say. Fasten it snuggly but not overly tight around your toes so those are lined up correctly. Your toes should be sticking out and the strap wrapped around the ball of your foot. Then flex your foot toward your calf and fasten that. I had to bend the metal bar to a deeper angle than it came but that was easy to do and held up for a few days of stretching before bending back again and I would have to adjust. At the start, I didn't think the stretch was as deep as it should be but after wearing it the first time my foot started aching in that way that you know you are getting a good deep stretch. By the end of the week, my foot no longer ached while in the device but my pain when walking had completely disappeared as well. This device is a little less bulky than the boot style braces which is why I chose it and the padding makes it very comfortable. My toes inevitably feel asleep after a couple hours of wearing it but when that that happened I would just take it off and put it on again later in the day or the next day. This is a great budget option for people looking to try to help their foot pain before having to see an expensive specialist. It definitely worked for me!

Is ok but……….
It works really well, but it’s not very well constructed and it falls apart after a couple months. This is the third one I’ve bought.

Relief from ankle and leg pain
I’ve only used this for a couple of nights, but it really seems to help. It’s very comfortable and easy to put on. I have flat feet, which stresses the ankle and calf muscles. I’ve used medications, heat pads, stretching, massage, but at night I sometimes had cramps in the calf and locking up of the ankle. This splint keeps my ankle in the correct position, my calf feels more relaxed, and in the morning my leg feels much better. I’m amazed at the relief from pain. Edit to update: I’m still using this every night, and I have had NO pain in my leg. What a relief! Easy to slip on, and stays on all night. The toe straps do not need to be loosened to put on or take off, just the calf strap. Update 6/23 yes the Velcro will sometimes unstick, or gets clogged, or stops sticking. I added another piece of Velcro, and pick out any fibers, hair, lint, whatever. I plan to add a strap to make the Velcro more secure. But I’ve used this every night for more than 2 years and I believe it helped a lot.

The most useless piece of junk ever - DON'T waste your money
Flawed design to say the least and will likely cause additional pain as it did me. I wanted to give it a try rather than using the bulky boot type supports. Not only was it ineffective because the flawed design, it caused new pain at the top of my foot. The idea is to have your toes pointed slightly upward toward your body to stretch the foot. Instead of the hard part (metal support) being at the bottom of your foot like other braces for this purpose, this was designed with the metal top of the foot with only fabric wrapping around the bottom of the foot. The fabric stretches so the top of the foot never really comes forward which is what is needed but even worse, with your foot not able to point upward toward your body the metal support digs into the top of your foot. Not only does this NOT help the bottom of the foot, it causes more pain at the top of the foot (the boney part). If you want something that effectively works, get the boot type support with the hard bottom that goes from your toes, around. your heels and up the back of the calf with straps on top of your foot and the front of your leg. I've had issues with heel spurs on and off for years.... the boot type with hard bottom and straps on top of the foot is the only effective design. I'm not saying the boot type with the hard bottom will be comfortable to sleep with but it will certainly be more effective than this very flawed useless thing. Don't waste a dime on this one.

Maybe ok on a smaller than size 12 foot.
Too small, barely fits my foot. And, the strap to hold the foot at the proper angle is too long, I can't get it to pull my foot up enough. There is only a little piece of velcro at the bottom of the strap, not enough to trim for a better pull on the foot.

1 Month of use review ALMOST 100% HEALED!
After one month of use I have to say this brace is amazing. I have read many reviews about the level of pain that people were going through because of their plantar fasciitis. I would have to say from one to ten mine was somewhere around an eight or nine. When waking up in the morning it literally felt like stepping on the bottom of a broken soda bottle. I was ready to start using a cane in the morning until the tendon start to loosen up. It hurts really bad in the morning when you wake up until it loosens up. Day one through three I wasn’t quite sure if it was doing anything. By day four I was certain it was getting better. By day seven it was at least 25% better. By day 14 it was at least 50% better. And now that we are on day 30, it is almost 90% better. The healing has slowed down a little over the last week but I truly feel over the next 2 to 3 weeks it will be completely healed. I will write another review in 2 to 3 weeks. If you’re like me and you’re starting to really worry if you need to go to the doctor and potentially get surgery, take the gamble try this brace. I thought in my opinion, there was a 90% chance I was going to need surgery based on the pain level. I was wrong, as of right now if it did not get any better I would be completely fine. Update: I forgot to write a full up. My foot was completely back to normal at around 45 day and it had been perfect ever since. I am healed😊.
