Eklind Tool61812 3/16 Inch Power-T T-Handle Ball-Hex T-Key allen wrench

This is a very high quality made tool. I purchased this specific ball head hex key to adjust the truss rod on a Fender American Jazz Bass from around 2000. The truss rod adjustment is at the bottom of the neck, next to the body top. And it requires this type of ball hex wrench. The long shaft also makes it very easy to adjust this type of neck truss rod. It is steel with nice finish, and a very good rubber handle. Feels nicer than the original fender truss rod wrench. Works perfectly!

The ball wrench allen T wrench which is 9 inchs long......gave me the necessary clearance. ...... which was the evaporator housing up again engine valve cover.....Worked nicely!!!

This T handle has a good weight and length. I like that I can easily get to screws that are way down in something.

I have many small and short hex driver bits for almost every hex screw in the house, but needed exactly one long wrench for exactly one screw. Thus, I had no need for a $30-40 set. I even considered borrowing one, but my friend's set seemed to be made from flimsy wire. While I didn't need to torque this screw hard, I was still wary about snapping the borrowed wrench. Enter this Made-In-The-U.S.A. Elkind…It's hefty, and probably still more tool than required, but I understand that in ball vs. flat ends that ball is good for accessibility. With long reach and being able to approach this solitary 3/16 screw from a slight angle, it does exactly what I need it to do.

I purchased this to help install the pistol grip screw on AR builds. I didn’t need a whole set, but a t-handle certainly helps in this instance. (While it may not fit all LPK’s, 3/16 is the correct size for Magpul MOE grip screws).I’m definitely happy with the quality and price of this item. I needed a truss rod key with a wide, grippable handle to help straighten the neck of my Fender Jazz Bass. The truss rod was a little stiff, but did adjust just fine. The stock tool has a very short handle, so I could only get a 2 fingers of grip. This took allowed me to adjust it with my entire hand, and it worked like a charm.

Great tool, I use it every day as it is the most common size I need by far, despite lots of abuse from me it is still in one piece and straight as a die.

Perfect size to adjust a Fender truss rod, much less annoying to use than the L-key that comes with the instruments.Just as good as the official Fender T-shaped tool (if not better), and half the price.
