This noodle is good. A small tip is to stir the noodles immediately after the water boils to prevent them from sticking. Do not cook for more than 1 minute for a better taste. The missing star is because the rope that binds the noodles is not easy to remove.

I love this ramen. The ramen is very thin almost thread like and has a subtle flavor. They come in small bundles each held with a ribbon and is about 2 servings. They’re good alone with soy sauce or other flavorings or with vegetables, meat or shrimp.

The somen I’ve always purchased. A little breakage, but there always is even at a grocery store, if you can find this brand.

These are easy to cook, are neatly portioned into individual servings, and are a really good price per pound. They are more affordable to buy here (with free shipping) than in any grocery store I've found - for me, they're a go-to purchase.
