ALEKO® Sliding Gate Hardware Kit with Extension Bracket

I ordered this kit because it was one of many important parts that Aleko shorted us on our complete gate order ($3800.00) after waiting over 5 months! Because we couldn't get a contractor to start and check everything in three (3) days, they refused to send the missing parts.UPDATE! The right customer service person at ALEKO, finally took notice and worked with us to resolve the issues. We were contacted by the customer service person who apologized for the problems and arranged for replacement parts to be sent. We received the missing Pedestrian gate and the (correct) chain drive gate motor in just about a week. I changed my rating from one star to three to reflect this much improved attitude. The experience could have been a lot better, but ALEKO did step up and do the right thing. Of course we still need to reschedule a contractor and have it all installed - more to come.
