ICM ICM102B - Aftermarket Replacement Adjustable Time Delay - Delay on Make - 6 sec to 8 min

My AC unit was tripping the breaker often even with the thermostat's 3.5 minute compressor protection time. After installing this in series with my AC unit's compressor contactor coil and setting it for 10 minutes, I have not had a circuit breaker trip in 48 hours and counting. Before, it was every 2 hours. I just need to make this AC unit last the rest of the season. This was a cheap fix for me. We may just make it through this heat wave after all!

Works well for my AC and thermal switch to help condenser not to freeze. Works as promised.

Installed on kegerator build to delay compressor cycling. Rated for 1.5 amps and compressor spec's at 1.2 though only monitored 0.6 amps. After two weeks the relay failed. I did have it on load side and clearly this doesn't work on that true load rating for long. As per website, it's installed on control side of relay, not load. So I accept better to be on low current but not out of rated spec. Go with a contactor style delay relay instead.
