Product seems to be effective in helping “support” mood for myself & my two teens. I like that there is no taste. I also like that it’s organic ingredients. Less expensive than other brands that I’ve switched from.

I love this product and the quality of this particular brand. I like the fact that Ashwaghanda is used in Ayurvedic medicine, which I hold in high regard. I also tend to experience stress, and Ashwaghanda has certainly helped me in that area. I also love the fact that it is backed by scientific studies that evidence its ability to lower blood sugar and reduce inflammation ~ all great health benefits. I think I also read that it also helps improve brain functioning. I highly recommend adding this product to your daily regimen.

I've been taking the product for close to a month now to increase my mood, well-being, and help decrease symptoms of depression. Within the first 2-3 weeks I can feel a difference in my overall feeling. I currently take an SSRI as well for depression and anxiety, and have found that taking this in conjunction with my prescription med has really kept me from feeling low. It's important to note that prior to ordering this, I was on my SSRI already, so I can confirm that the ashwagandha is working for me. Albeit, not saying it's entirely because of the ashwagandha that I'm feeling better, but definitely feel the combination of ashwagandha and my daily med is what's helping. I'm currently going through a breakup of 2+ years and was really needing something to help keep me from becoming lower and far more depressed. Since I started taking the product, I've been able to combat serious depressive episodes, started working out 4-5 days a week, and am finding it easier to get out of bed. I will continue to take this product and will update once the first bottle is completed. Thank you for helping me get my life back!

This is a needed product for anyone.... Ashwaghanda helps with stress in a subtle yet effective way. It is an herb and they add pepper to make it more absorbable, which is great. It is also Organic. I appreciate this company for making this. 🙏🌺

This product seems to be working, but I haven’t used it long enough

If you’re not keen to swallow the clear capsule, like me it is easy to pull apart and tap out the powder into a carrier juice, e.g apple juice. Excellent quality and easy to absorb with the help of black pepper. Definitely will buy again.
