I’ve owned a few of these. They’ve always worked out pretty well. The only disappointment so far on this purchase is that the two ear cords that came with the purchase are for (right) ear only. My last few purchases either had a cord for each the R and L or it gave me an option at purchase to order a R or L. It came with a few options for left and right ear buds. But the actual cords are set for R ear only. Which you can’t use a R cord with a left ear bud. It will sit upside down. Now you can twist the cord to make it fit in your left ear, but it will not sit comfortably in your ear. So now I’m forced to use my old ear cord off my last set which is about 5 years old and is pretty beat up. Feels kind of like buying a new truck and putting beat up wheels on it.I attached a few photos. Owned it for a little under a year and it has held up well. It has good sound quality and i've never had any issues hearing radio traffic in loud environments even with the ear piece that allows outside sound in. I haven't had any complaints about the microphone either. It fits left and right ears by just turning the little ear piece connector, i only use it in my left ear and i have never had any issues with comfort or it falling out.

Came with a clear and a black coil. The black coil will not let sound through.

I bought one of the 30ish dollar ones. Lasted less than 3 months before mic went out. This one seems much better made (thicker wires) and easier to run through my vest due to the way wires split from the QD mount. QD is also much better

The sound quality is not the clearest or loudest when using it roadside; however, you can turn the radio volume up to compensate. So far no moisture buildup in the lines. The quick disconnect is an absolute must. It fists good in the ear. The cables are just the perfect length to stay out of the way and conceal them. Over all it’s worth it.

Ease of use, QD connector, and sound works great. The problem is with the microphone. Some days works, other days dispatch and other officers are constantly saying they can't understand me as the transmission is broken up. Not a signal issue since I can change to just the radio and can be heard fine. I'll have to return it and hope the next one is better
