Most likely cos it’s Revlon & I found out recently they don’t care about animals

Is this liquid lipstick transfer proof? Or at least transfer resistant? (Will it come off on my clothing, scarf, etc. Will it smear when kissing?

I wear Red Hot a lot. If I have lip balm underneath, about 30% comes off. Without lip balm, only the powder on the surface is lost. If you're just giving someone a peck on the cheek real fast, it won't transfer. The Bare Minerals matte liquid lip colors have a similar soft, velvety finish but adhere better. The most transfer proof for me are The Balm and MAC liquid lipcolors.
